Kathryn D. Masters, attorney and owner of Masters Legal, P.A., describes her practice as helping people and small businesses, in good times, grow and protect the things they value. In not-so-good times, she helps them minimize their damage and recover as quickly as possible.
Kate earned her Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and Political Science from the University of Florida and her Juris Doctor from the George Washington University Law School. She is also a proud graduate of St. Augustine High School.
She currently practices in the areas of Elder Law; Consumer Law & Bankruptcy; Wills, Trusts, & Estate Planning; Probate & Trust Administration; Real Estate; and Business Law. She is licensed to practice law in the state courts of Florida, as well as before the Federal District Court and Bankruptcy Court of the Middle District of Florida.
Outside her law practice, Kate serves on the Board of Directors for the St. Johns Cultural Council, a non-profit agency devoted to developing arts, culture, and heritage in our community, and on the Board of Directors for A Classic Theatre.
